What do you do while you're waiting for your train to come? Plenty of people listen to music, read, or people-watch, but Phillip "Pacman" Chbeeb and Renee Kester like to do things a bit differently. Their incredible dance video set to "Slip" by Elliot Moss is full of twists, splits, and physics-defying acrobatics… However, instead of performing in a dance studio or on a stage, they chose to do all their choreography on a subway platform.
It's not often that I'm left completely speechless by a dance video. In fact, the last time I saw a performance this amazing was when this ballet dancer performed a jaw-dropping routine to a massively popular song! But Pacman and Renee's work was so stunning that I sat and stared at my screen for a solid minute just trying to let it all sink in after the video was over. They manage to deliver an incredibly powerful and moving performance and tell a story with their bodies, all while pulling off moves I didn't even know were humanly possible!
The choreography in this routine is obviously astounding, but what really sent chills down my spine about this dance was the amazing connection these dancers clearly have. Just as this woman proved when she performed a dance routine with her horse, having a strong connection with your dance partner is crucial to taking a performance to the next level. Pacman and Renee seem like they were born to dance together…especially since they choreographed this entire routine all by themselves! I can only hope we'll be blessed with more videos of their performances in the future.
The world needs to see these incredible dancers. SHARE this video with everyone you know and help make their day a little more beautiful!
