I have to admit, I wasn't even sure this was real… It's just that incredible!
Two professional surfers are making some seriously awesome waves after posting a video online. Chuck Inman and Luaren Oiye are a surfing duo and appear to also be a real life couple who can do some pretty unbelievable things with a surfboard.
However, they aren't winning any big wave world titles. Instead, this duo are more like half athletes, half performance artists who ride the same board. It's called tandem surfing and it's much like acrobatic yoga, except on a longboard. It's also a little like the tandem skateboard this dad created for his little boy to join in on the fun.
We've seen some pretty amazing surfers out there like this tiny 6-year-old girl from Australia who definitely has a bright future as a professional ahead of her, but what Tandem Surfing World Champions Inman and Oiye in the video is more mind-blowing than anything I've ever seen…and I sometimes surf, myself.
As someone who has caught a wave with someone else on the board before, I can tell you it's pretty difficult and what these two takes a ton of time and practice.
