It's been said that "cheaters never prosper," and this video proves that fact, without a shadow of a doubt!
While University of Central Florida professor Richard Quinn usually deals with teaching the young minds of his class about statistics and reading data in regards to business ventures, it seems this time he's got a lesson for the well-being of their very souls.
Every semester, he gives the same tests and quizzes and, being a man of numbers, he keeps close track of the statistics and averages of every single class. So when his most recent group of students all made much higher grades than usual, things seemed a bit fishy.
Eventually, some students came forward, and it turned out that a large percentage of his class had gotten ahold of a booklet that contained a test bank of all the questions that could and would show up on his exam. Their grades were much higher, simply because a large percentage knew about all the questions in advance, which is completely unfair to everyone else!
The professor, understandably heartbroken at the prospect of his students being cheaters, tells the whole class his plan. They can either stay silent about their guilt, to which the professor will then go to the school's dean and get them expelled for cheating, or, if they admit to what they've done and apologize for being cheaters, he'll keep going ahead with the school year.
The actions of a few cheaters resulted in all of the test grades being thrown out. Whether you cheated or not, everyone was forced to retake the exam, no matter what their first grade was. This man was intense, but he laid down the law in a truly emotional and passionate speech to a group of students who will never even consider cheating in school ever again! Lesson learned.
