I absolutely love getting my hair cut. In addition to looking great afterwards, I love feeling like I'm getting pampered.
Even as a kid, I enjoyed spending time at the hair salon. My mom and I would spend a few hours there, gossiping with our hairdresser and sipping tea.
Not everyone likes getting their hair cut, though. Abril Lorenzatti, from Villa Carlos Paz, Argentina, hates scissors.
When Abril was a kid, she saw the movie Matilda and wanted to get her hair cut just like the title character. After she saw her shorter hair, she immediately hated it. From then on, she vowed to never cut her hair again.
And she's stuck to her promise. Ever since Abril was 7 years old, she's completely avoided scissors.
Now, Abril's hair is five feet long, and she just won a Guinness world record for her long locks. Check out her insane hair below!

After seeing the movie Matilda, Abril Lorenzatti decided to cut her hair like the main character.
She immediately hated the way it looked, though.
After that disappointing haircut, she decided she'd never cut her hair again — not even just a little trim.
Now, Abril is 17, and she hasn't cut her hair in the past 10 years.
Abril was totally put off by having scissors near her, so she completely avoided haircuts.
Now, her hair is 1.52 meters long, which is about five feet.
Abril's hair reaches almost down to her ankles, and it takes a lot of effort for her to keep it in great shape.
Every day, she washes and conditions her long hair.
Abril's mom also helps her keep her hair looking great.
After showering, Abril's mom helps her brush her hair and then leaves it to air dry.
It may take a lot of effort, but it's totally paid off for Abril.
The teen just won the Guinness world record for having the longest hair.
Abril never expected to be recognized for her incredible hair, but she's honored to be part of Guinness World Records.
Of course, having long hair like this isn't all sunshine and rainbows. It does get in the way from time to time.
Even though Abril is used to her long locks, it can be a challenge when it's windy or if she's going up stairs.
Can you imagine having hair down to your ankles?
It might be extreme, but Abril loves it!
