Allie the Airedale is like a lot of dogs out there. She loves to play with the kids in her family, and has mastered the fine art of begging. But there is something that sets Allie apart from a lot of normal dogs. Something that almost killed her.
When she was a puppy, Allie was diagnosed with a brain tumor. The vet told Allie's family that there was nothing to be done, and that they should euthanize her, but because they saw so much life in her, Allie's family made another choice. They decided to let her live, and they were determined to love her no matter what happened.
Eleven years later, Allie is a happy, rambunctious girl! While she is still living with some of the symptoms of a brain tumor, she has lived a wonderful life, and doesn't even seem to know she's sick.
Now this is a miracle!
