If you're anything like myself, once Friday hits (and usually sooner!) I forget about eating healthy and go straight for the pizza and wings. With summer on the horizon, this video is all the inspiration I need to get my bottom outdoors for some exercise. I'm officially out of excuses!
I can not believe what this trainer taught the walrus to do. If he can do crunches, push-ups, even leg lifts (and he doesn't even have legs!), then I truly feel motivated to do it myself. Please SHARE to motivate someone else today!
