One of the things I find funniest and most endearing about kids, is when they repeat things they have overheard, but have no idea what they really mean.
Something about kids saying things that you typically would hear an adult say just cracks me up like no other and luckily for me, it happens all the time!
I know that I am not the only one that thinks this stuff is comedy gold, because even the mothers of the kids who say the crazy things are caught laughing when they hear their kid say something like the 3-year-old girl with a monster problem did!
It just makes you realize each time it happens, just how closely your little ones are paying attention to you, even if you are just having a conversation about your day at work.
Two-year-old Malika must have heard her dad talking about his day at work recently, because the answer she gives him when he asks why she's so tired is definitely not a normal thing for a toddler to say!
Even though she probably had a day of playing and napping, I prefer to hear her story of how busy she's been and how hard she had to work, because it's just too darn cute not to laugh at!
