Twin Sisters Defy The Odds By Having Two Sets Of Twins

Kerri Bunker and Kelli Wall are identical twin sisters in Utah who have defied the medical odds, not once, but twice.

The sisters recently gave birth to their second set of twins just weeks apart. Kerri welcomed her little ones on February 13, while Kelli’s were born three weeks prior at Timpanogos Regional Hospital in Orem, UT.

What’s the likelihood of something like this happening? According to the news report, “You're more likely to be struck by lightning than have twins give birth to twins.”

As we mentioned when we first introduced you to these incredible sisters, Kelli had her first set of twins in October 2010 with the help of In Vitro Fertilization (IVF). Almost a year later, Kerri also welcomed a set of IVF twins.

In 2015, Kelli discovered she was pregnant again  and, once again, she was having twins. Upon hearing the news, her sister decided to take a pregnancy test, although doctors informed her that it wasn’t likely she’d be able to have more kids. Turns out, she was still able to get pregnant with more than one baby.

"Both of us sometimes still look at each other and think, 'Wow, did this really happen to us?'" one of the twins told Inside Edition.
