All throughout my life, even as a small child, I've always felt like I belonged in a different time period. I've never been sure why, but this era just never seemed like the right fit.
However, with so many chapters in history, I have no idea what other era would be the best for me. Is it the Victorian period with its tight corsets and fancy up-dos? Or maybe the Renaissance with its billowy sleeves and long gowns?
Whatever the period, modern life just doesn't seem right. The ever-evolving technology and lightning-fast speed have me yearning for simpler times.
