Finding time to exercise soon after having a child can be really tough. Heck, finding time to sleep is tough!
It's important to find at least a bit of time to move your body. It helps you feel happy, and it give you more energy. But when is a new mom supposed to find time to exercise? It's not like you can just leave the house to go on a run anymore. Unless you're lucky enough to have family around to keep an eye on the little one, you're going to have to take him or her wherever you go.

Think about it, people hold weights during cardio classes to up the resistance all the time. Do you know what weighs just about the right amount? That's right, a baby.
Step class is a great way to tone your legs and get some low-impact cardio in. It's a great way for a new mom to stay in shape after birth. When these moms do it, though, it's also a great way to bond with their babies!
