People with Down syndrome are constantly breaking down the walls of stereotypes, as they should.
Some people in this world give too much thought to unimportant issues like what's going on in celebrities' private lives, and what they look like on social media, but not enough thought to others' feelings and the fact that differences are beautiful.
Andrew Weatherly is a Jersey boy who will make you smile with his words, and with his creations on the canvas.
Art is not just creating something to look at for him, it's an outlet for his dreams, talents, and self-expression!
His mom says that he sometimes can not speak and express himself the way he might want to. His creations do that expression for him.
He reminds us of how unique everyone is, and how that unique part of us is what makes us all shine. Some people might need a little push (or a helping hand) in order to get to the point that Andrew is at today, but everyone can get there!
As always, I think this boy that some people may doubt has more to offer the world than most.
The raw talent that he has in art, is absolutely phenomenal…
