From the time we all saw 101 Dalmatians (and probably even before that, to be honest), many of us have dreamed of what life would be like with a house full of puppies. Liv and Dag Christer of Norway are actually living that dream breeding Basenji dogs as the owners of Kennel Kingwanas. They have two adult Basenjis named Jippi and Jubel, along with other dogs that they co-own, but not surprisingly, they also often share their home with puppies…lots and lots of puppies.
Basenjis are unique-looking dogs that have roots in central Africa, and as we've seen before when this cute pup encountered an egg for the first time, they also display some pretty funny behavior. So just imagine what it would be like having 16 — yes, 16 — of these feisty puppies running around at one time. And it's clear to see that they aren't nearly as calm as these 10 lab puppies that all eat together at the same time
I'm pretty sure this family's house is actually heaven on Earth. I'm sure there's a lot of puppy poop and chewed-up shoes to deal with, but spending your life around over a dozen puppies all the time has to make it all worth it.
