He Wraps A Hot Dog With Bacon And Barbecues It… But Wait Till You See What’s Inside!

Hot dogs are delicious when served on a bun and with some ketchup or mustard. But, this amazing recipe below makes that combination sound completely dull – and it also looks very easy to do.

The host of the web series BBQFOOD4U, Jason King, seems to love to wrap food with bacon. He’s shown us how to make little salmon bites and a scrumptious “volcano potato,” which is stuffed with a delicious surprise. His concoction below is another one to add to your list if you’re a bacon and hot dog lover.

Aside from a grill and a clay tool that costs less than $1 at art stores, here is all you’ll need:

  • 2 hot dogs
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 Tbsp horseradish
  • 4 slices of bacon

First, he uses the tool to empty the inside of the hot dog. He then stuffs one with cheese and the other with his special mixture. Finally, he wraps every inch of them in bacon. He places them on the grill and lets them cook for about 45 minutes.

This surely isn’t the healthiest food to eat, but meat lovers will probably want to give this a try. So long boring old hot dogs!
