Since Bob Saget's tragic death, we've learned about the importance of getting checked out at a hospital after a blow to the head. Recently, actress Dana Delany proved how seriously she took that lesson.
Dana revealed that she suffered a fall down some stairs in her home. As a result, she had a pretty gnarly black eye. But while it's the kind of injury a lot of people would treat with an ice pack, after her friend's death, she decided not to take any chances.
"I fell down some iron stairs head first (totally sober!)," she wrote on Twitter, "& all I could think of was poor Bob Saget."
Her post continued, "So I grabbed the handrail with my face. I was afraid it was fractured but thankfully, no."
Dana was a little bit banged up, but otherwise healed just fine. She kept her sense of humor about the ordeal. "You should see the other guy," she wrote.
