Michigan Dad Finds 160 Old Bowling Balls Buried Under His House

Two years ago, David Olson and his wife bought a house in Muskegon, Michigan. They moved in with their three kids and became the home's second owners.

During their home inspection, it was noted that the concrete stairs out back were off kilter and leaning into the house. They would eventually need to be demolished.

In July 2021, David started the renovation project and began removing the loose cinderblocks off the back steps. That's when he discovered the surprising cause of the faulty staircase.

Out of the corner of his eye, David noticed a blueish ball sticking out of the dirt. It was an old bowling ball. And the more he dug and hammered away, the more bowling balls he found — 160 to be exact!

He thinks there are many more buried in the ground.
