Autopsy Reveals New Information About Tragic Death Of Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss

New details about the death of Stephen "tWitch" Boss have emerged after an autopsy and police report were shared. The new information shows that the dancer did not have drugs or alcohol in his system at the time of his death. His death has been ruled a suicide.

The documents also shared that his widow, Allison Holker, told officers that he never had a history of suicide attempts or ideation, to her knowledge. The well-known choreographer was 40 years old at the time of his death.

Sadly, he was found dead in a hotel bathroom. This was shortly after he left his belongings at home and checked in to the hotel. His wife informed the police after not being able to reach him, and she described this behavior as odd.

There was reported to be a suicide note left behind in Stephen's room. He hinted at past challenges to be a reason for his suicide.
