Traveling can be extremely stressful. Flights can be canceled or delayed. And then there are the other passengers. Some annoyances are minor, such as a person watching YouTube videos without headphones. Others take it to a whole new level.
María Guadalupe became irate after learning her reservation was lost at the Volaris ticket counter in the Mexico City International Airport. She made her displeasure known by smashing the keyboards and computers. She was taken into custody for her actions, which were caught on video.
Maria was upset because the ticket agent could not do anything about her lost reservation because she booked through a third party. She would have to contact them to get any kind of refund. That is the downfall of that kind of booking, but that does not excuse Maria’s bad behavior.
Maria stood on the counter's baggage scale. She slammed multiple computer monitors and keyboards to the ground. She even took out her frustrations on the barcode scanner.

While committing her acts of vandalism, Maria shouted: “If you don't want to, don't give me the money back. I don't give a [expletive]. But that's going to cost you,” she threatened. She definitely made good on that promise. “Don't give it to me,” she continued. “But you pay for that, and if you don't want to, it's very nice.”
