Being a child of a celebrity comes with many perks, but that does not mean it is easy. Throw in a nasty divorce and alleged abuse and emotions are bound to run high. This appears to be the case for Pax Jolie-Pitt.
In 2020, he posted a scathing rant about dad Brad Pitt declaring on his private Instagram that he is a horrible father. The Daily Mail recently uncovered it and published it for the world to see. It appears as if Pax and Brad were not on good terms, to say the least.
Pax was not in the mood to celebrate Father’s Day in 2020. He began: “Happy Father’s Day to this world class [expletive] !! You time and time again prove yourself to be a terrible and despicable person.”
“You have no consideration or empathy toward your 4 youngest children who tremble in fear when in your presence,” he continued. Brad shares six children with ex-wife Angelina Jolie. Maddox, Zahara, and Pax are adopted. Shiloh, Knox, and Vivienne are biological.

Pax does not think the world knows the real Brad. “You will never understand the damage you have done to my family because you are incapable of doing so. You have made the lives of those closest to me a constant hell. You may tell yourself and the world whatever you want, but the truth will come to light someday. So, Happy Father’s Day, you [expletive] awful human being,” he concludes.
Pax shared this rant in his Instagram stories. He overlaid the text on a photo of Brad accepting the Oscar for his performance as Cliff Booth in Once Upon a Time … in Hollywood. During the acceptance speech Brad thanked his children.
Brad and Angelina first met on the set of Mr. and Mrs. Smith in 2004. Brad was married to Jennifer Aniston at the time. Angelina filed for divorce from Brad in August 2016 following alleged abuse on a plane. The FBI even got involved but decided not to pursue criminal charges.
Court documents from 2022 allege that Brad was intoxicated during his abusive rampage. He is accused of choking a child, striking another, and grabbing Angelina by the head and shaking her. “At one point, he poured beer on Jolie; at another, he poured beer and red wine on the children,” documents read.
Brad denied these accusations through a statement issued by his lawyer, Anne Kiley. “Brad has owned everything he’s responsible for from day one — unlike the other side — but he’s not going to own anything he didn’t do,” she wrote. “He has been on the receiving end of every type of personal attack and misrepresentation. Thankfully, the various public authorities the other side has tried to use against him over the past six years have made their own independent decisions. Brad will continue to respond in court as he has consistently done.”
