Kathie Lee Gifford is ecstatic to be a grandmother again! So ecstatic that she doesn't quite have the words to describe her excitement. The former Today cohost's son, Cody Gifford, and his wife, Erika Gifford, announced the arrival of their second child on November 29, 2023, via Instagram.
They shared they had a son, who they named Ford Matthew Gifford. The Instagram post showed a video of the adorable baby wrapped in a bow in his bassinet, along with the rest of their family, during their hospital stay.
"Introducing the newest love of our lives, Ford Matthew Gifford," the caption read. "Thanking God immensely for another perfect 'gifft.' Welcome to the world, sweet sweet son. ."
Kathie wasted no time in commenting. "I am usually a wordsmith but I completely out of words," she shared. "#Grateful to God the creator of every good and perfect gift like these four."

Erika and Cody also have a 1-year old son, Frankie. Kathie's daughter, Cassidy Gifford, also has a son, Finn Thomas Wierda, who was born on June 24, 2023.
