The 54-year-old actor had his 41-year old wife, Camila Alves by his side, along with their three children: 15-year-old Levi, 14-year-old Vida, and 11-year-old Livingston. The fundraiser they attended was for Matthew's nonprofit organization, Mack, Jack & McConaughey (MJ&M). Matthew was dressed in a navy blue suit and white button up, paired with brown dress shoes. Camila wore a black, off-the-shoulder dress with black heels while Vida wore in a long, flowy pink dress. Levi had on a dusty brown suit, white button up, and white sneakers and Livingston wore a black suit, white shirt, and white and black sneakers.

Fans took to social media to comment on the family's appearance.

"What gorgeous little humans they’ve created!" one person exclaimed.

Another user commented: "Their kids are so grown up…. Beautiful family ♥️."

The gala was part of a two-day event on April 25 and 26, 2024. Other activities included music, golf, fashion — all which benefited select nonprofit organizations that reflect MJ&M's goals.

According to the website, the organization has given over $41 million to charitable organization including CureDuchenne, Dell Children’s Medical Center, HeartGift, just keep livin Foundation, and The Rise School of Austin. "Mack, Jack and Matthew are especially committed to maximizing the return to the community, specifically benefiting these organizations dedicated to children’s education, health and wellness."

The last time the family of five made an appearance together was in 2021 when they attended the Los Angeles premiere of Sing 2. Matthew starred in that movie as the voice of the koala bear, Buster Moon.

In an earlier interview with People, Matthew talked about how his kids loved him being part of the animation movie world. "They thought it was really cool," he said. "I remember sitting at the premiere with them listening and going, 'Hey, that sounds like …' and they had that moment where they look at the screen and audio, and then look at me sitting next to them and do the math. That was really cool to them, and that was something I did for them — and the kid in all of us."

Matthew and Camila also opened up to Southern Living earlier in March about their life and their decision to move from Malibu to Austin, Texas. "We were living a happy life in Malibu," Camila said. "We had a beautiful house that we'd built together and put a lot of love and care into. We were raising our kids there. I was growing everything in the yard. I had bees making honey."
