Some women just glow during their pregnancies. Broadway and television star Lea Michele appears to be one of them. Lea looked stunning on May 6, 2024, on the red carpet for the iconic Met Gala.
This year’s theme was "Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion." The dress code was "The Garden of Time." It’s always fun to see how different designers and celebrities interrupt the assignment and make it their own.
Lea wore a baby blue Rodarte gown. It featured white and yellow floral accents. The gown’s romantic and dramatic flair was accentuated by a tulle cape. Lea understood the assignment.
Lea announced her pregnancy on Instagram on March 27. She and husband Zandy Reich are already parents to 3-year-old Ever Leo. They are "overjoyed" to be growing their family.

The Met Gala occurs annually on the first Monday of May. It is a fundraiser that benefits the museum’s Costume Institute. It also coincides with the opening of its annual exhibit. This year’s will feature 250 pieces from the museum's collection spanning 400 years, made new again for a modern audience.
