Lawsuit: Ye’s Former Assistant Accuses Him Of Sexual Harassment, Wrongful Termination

Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, has been sued by his former assistant. Lauren Pisciotta filed a civil lawsuit against Ye on Monday, June 3, 2024, accusing the rapper of sexual harassment and wrongful termination. According to the lawsuit, NBC reported, Pisciotta worked for Ye from 2021 to 2022. She was his executive assistant. Before she started working for Ye, she earned about $1 million per year as an OnlyFans model, reported People. She claims Ye offered to pay her the same — $1 million — if she worked as his personal assistant.

In the lawsuit, Pisciotta alleged that while working for Ye, he sent her inappropriate messages on multiple occasions, including pornographic content, and masturbated while on the phone with her.

Pisciotta also alleges that he sent explicit text messages to her, detailing some of his sexual preferences. In one message, he allegedly wrote, "See my problem is I be wanting to f— but then after I f— I want a girl to tell me how hard they been f—ed while I’m f—ing them," as per The Guardian.

In the lawsuit, she also claimed Ye masturbated in front of her after "trapping" her in a private room on his plane. In addition, he allegedly asked her to take a cardigan off at work since it “was covering too much," reported People.

While working for the rapper, she was allegedly asked to bring him sexual enhancement “honey” before he had sex, reported The Guardian. The outlet also reported that Ye allegedly asked Pisciotta questions about her boyfriends’ penis sizes.

Pisciotta continued to create OnlyFans content while working for Ye until he allegedly asked her to stop about a year after she started working for him. She alleges that he offered to pay her $1 million extra if she quit doing OnlyFans work, and she agreed.

The former OnlyFans model said Ye suddenly fired her in 2022, just a month after she was promoted to chief of staff with a $4 million salary. She claims she never received the severance package she was promised.

The lawsuit also noted that Pisciotta "did not welcome or encourage these offensive acts, texts, videos and statements" from Ye while she was working for him.

Ye has responded to the allegations against him, and a legal representative for Ye said Ye will file a lawsuit against Pisciotta.

The legal representative called the allegations "baseless," reported the Los Angeles Times.

Ye's lawyer also claimed that Pisciotta was not fired for no reason, reported the BBC.

The lawyer claimed that she was fired "for being unqualified" and "demanding unreasonable sums of money," as per the BBC.

Additionally, the lawyer accused Pisciotta of "lascivious, unhinged conduct," claiming she "actively pursued [Ye] sexually to coerce employment and other material benefits, then engaged in blackmail and extortion when her advances were rejected."
