What would you do if you discovered that you'd been celebrating your birthday on the wrong day? You'd probably be in absolute shock, right? A state of total disbelief, even. Well, one man found himself experiencing those emotions after making the discovery that his real birthday is actually a little over three months later than the date he's been celebrating it on for the last 25 years.
Adrian Peru shared on TikTok how he came about this bizarre finding.

"Having a midlife crisis after this discovery ," he captioned his TikTok post, adding the hashtags, #birthcertificate #Birthdate #License #Confused. In the video, he begins to explain his discovery.
"So after 25 years I just realized that this is not my real date of birth," he said. "Apparently I was born on July 7 and not April 4. Dog, my birthday was last week."
He then went on to explain that he received a call from his car insurance company about his premiums going down since he turned 25. "Shouldn't you guys have charged me less four months ago on my birthday?" he recalled telling them.
But their records showed his actual birth date, not the day he'd been celebrating on for the past 25 years. Though his ID said April 4, when Adrian found a copy of his birth certificate, it indeed said July 7.
"My whole life I've never celebrated in July. I've always celebrated in April," he said.

Obviously distraught, the content creator questions how something like that could even happen, not giving anymore detail into how the dates got mixed up. His fans were also baffled.
"What have your parents been telling you ," one person wrote.
"I’m confused because you never seen your birth certificate in 25 years," another user questioned.
Someone else wrote, "Changing zodiac signs is INSANEEEEEEE," while others suggested that at least he gets to celebrate two birthdays now.
