Lately, a lot of celebrities have embraced the nearly-naked look, donning sheer dresses and other outfits that are considered rather risqué. So far, none of them have garnered quite as much attention as Bianca Censori’s Grammys look. But the sheer dress Julia Fox wore to Vanity Fair’s Oscars after-party reminded many people of Bianca Censori’s nude dress.

Julia Fox once dated Kanye West, though their relationship was quite brief. They first met on New Year’s Eve in 2021. By February 2022, their split had been confirmed. Even though it was a short relationship, the Uncut Gems star later said she “was in probably the most uncomfortable position in my life.” She added that the relationship is something that she really regrets.
Julia has also said that while she was dating Ye, he tried to control what she wore. He reportedly treated her like she was a “prop” and their relationship felt like a “publicity stunt.” When Ye’s current wife, Bianca Censori, took her coat off to reveal a completely sheer dress on the Grammys 2025 red carpet, her body was fully exposed. In response, some social media users accused Ye of “exploiting” and “bullying” his wife and “forcing” her to “be naked in front of everybody.”

On March 2, 2025, Julia’s sheer dress drew comparisons to Bianca’s Grammys dress. Julia’s dress was created by Turkish designer Dilara Findikoglu. Unlike Bianca’s dress, it was a maxi dress. It was also adorned by locks of hair that covered some parts of her body, but still left her looking quite exposed.
On social media, some people criticized the outfit and compared it to Bianca’s Grammys look.
“Julia Fox showed up at the Oscars and pulled a Bianca Censori,” one person wrote on X, per The Independent.
“Where is Kanye in this photo?” another person wondered.
However, others praised the look and said Julia proved that a sheer dress can look “classy.”
“Showing Kanye & Bianca how to ACTUALLY pull a naked look on a carpet,” a fan wrote on X.
“Bianca take notes!!!!” another person advised.
