What to Know
Love is Blind fan favorite couple Alexa and Brennon Lemieux, who welcomed a daughter last year, have split four years after tying the knot on the Netflix reality hit. Alexa — whose Instagram handle remains mrsalexalemeiux — announced the news Wednesday morning in a post, showcasing a snap of the former couple.
“After much reflection and many heartfelt conversations, we have made the difficult decision to end our marriage,” read the caption. “This choice was not made lightly, and it comes with a great deal of care, respect, and appreciation for the time we’ve shared.”
The streaming stars, who share 1-year-old daughter Vienna.
The couple say they “entered this relationship with love and optimism, and we leave it with gratitude for the experiences that shaped us and the growth we each gained along the way.”
The Lemieuxs — who met and married in 2021, as seen over a year later on “Love is Blind” season 3 — vowed to “remain supportive of one another, devoted to our daughter, and committed to navigating this transition with compassion.”
The reality personalities, who joint-posted about their holiday plans on Oct. 31, requested privacy as they “move forward and focus on our individual paths,” whilst prioritizing Vienna.
Newly single “Love is Blind” alumni like season 3’s Colleen Reed and season 5’s Lydia Gonzalez extended their support in the comments section, as did other seasons’ breakouts like Monica Davis, Giannina Gibelli, Laura Dadisman, Brittany Mills and Taylor Hastings.
