President Donald Trump shared his own rankings of United States presidents, placing himself at the top of the list. A graphic he shared on Truth Social put him above all other presidents (other than the ones who were conveniently left out?). He was labeled as “the greatest,” while former presidents like George Washington and Abraham Lincoln were simply “great.”
His critics are obviously tired of him boasting about his own achievements and claiming to be great, but they see it as a much larger issue than that. At this point, some critics are more bothered by the people in Trump’s circle who continue to “enable” him. And the whole thing is extra embarrassing to his critics because he’s not just someone’s grandpa sharing AI-generated memes on Facebook; he’s the president of the United States.
Unsurprisingly, Trump had former presidents Joe Biden and Barack Obama at the bottom of his list.
They were labeled as “failures,” actually. Interestingly, Trump had Democrat Bill Clinton as “average,” which some critics on X noticed right away. “He ranks all modern presidents who are Democrats ‘failures’ EXCEPT his Epstein pal, Bill Clinton,” someone wrote in response to the graphic.
He also excluded multiple Republicans from his ranking, including George W. Bush, Ronald Reagan, and Richard Nixon.
Although people were disgusted to see that Trump labeled himself “the greatest,” they weren’t exactly surprised. As one person put it, “Don’t forget, you’re dealing with someone who displayed a fake Time magazine cover featuring his own face and reportedly posed as his own publicist to boast about how wonderful Donald Trump was. This isn’t difficult to understand—it’s the behavior of a con man.”
Still, they questioned the logic of the rankings. “I’m sincerely curious what metric he places himself above every single other president,” one critic commented.

Trump shared the graphic on Truth Social with absolutely no context, as he often does. It’s not clear who created the graphic or who posted it, but there’s been a lot of speculation about who is responsible for his questionable social media posts. Because Trump’s posts are so unhinged and different from what you would normally expect from a president, a lot of people assumed that he was managing his own Truth Social account — because who on his team would approve long rants with randomly capitalized words and offensive memes posted back-to-back?
But Harp might. According to reports, she has been dubbed the “human printer” because of her habit of sharing online content with Trump. And a recent video seems to show Harp typing out a post for Trump as he dictates what he wants it to say. It’s unclear exactly how involved Harp is in Trump’s Truth Social account, but regardless, many critics think she’s enabling him.
At the very least, someone on his team could encourage him to refrain from calling himself the best president and sharing questionable memes. The reports make it seem like Harp might be doing the exact opposite. So, when critics saw his recent post ranking U.S. presidents, one wrote, “He probably got Natalie Harp to make it for him. No joke…”
And someone else said, “Natalie Harp probably posted this on his behalf. Both are absolutely DISGUSTING !”
They now seem to have a hard time believing that Trump is doing all of this on his own. “Natalie Harp is making a futile effort to boost Trump’s self-esteem…” another critic added. “this man is genuinely out of touch with reality and stands as the most self-absorbed and dishonest person to hold the presidential office in American history…”
Once again, people are arguing that great presidents don’t have to tell everyone they’re great.

Their work speaks for itself. “When you feel the need to tell people you are the best, it’s because your inner self is telling you that you are actually the worst,” someone argued. “People that are the best don’t talk about it, because it’s apparent.”
“How can someone be so delusional & self absorbed?” someone else questioned. But not everyone thinks he’s totally delusional. “Trump ranks himself 1st and places his name on federal buildings. Why? Because no one else will-and he knows it,” another person speculated.
In addition to all of this, people see posts like these as signs that “his administration isn’t focused on Americans’ real problems.”
“At least he continues to be focused on the important things like this and renaming lakes,” someone else wrote sarcastically.
