Some parents are notoriously bad with names. It's usually embarrassing for both the kid and the parent, but sometimes it can be ridiculously funny.
A woman in Houston, TX, took her forgetfulness in stride when she snapped photos of her college-aged daughter. Patti Wood, a self-employed mother, is always supportive of her daughter, Christina Duron. Christina is a senior at Texas State University, where she is studying business management.
Christina is a member of Gamma Phi Beta sorority, which recently had a formal. Patti first took photos of Christina getting ready, and then with her date and friends. Unfortunately, Patti could not remember the names of Christina's friends when she posted the pictures on Facebook, which made for some very funny results.
After her mother posted the pictures on Facebook, Christina shared the pictures with her friends because she thought it was so funny. People everywhere could relate with Christina and Patti, so they shared the hilarious pictures as well.

Christina wrote, "I really can't with my mom," when she shared the photo on social media.

The first photo Patti shared was just of Christina getting ready.

After that, Patti shared a picture of Christina and her date, who was later identified as "John."

Then this picture of Christina and — not Allyssa or Kara — Dakota, her new sorority "little."

Patti then shared a picture of Christina and Miranda, who Christina had to identify after her mom guessed incorrectly twice.

Finally, Patti was able to correctly name one of Christina's friends (but we can assume she probably had to ask Christina first).

Luckily, Christina found her mom's forgetfulness funny, and didn't seem to be embarrassed by her. That's a truly great mother-daughter bond.
