- 4 hard-boiled Eggland’s Best eggs
- 3/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- Toasted bread
Instructions
- Peel and dice hard-boiled Eggland’s Best eggs. Place in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the celery, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, kosher salt, black pepper, and dill. Stir.
