It’s a modern marvel that we can order from our favorite restaurant or fast-food joint and have someone else bring it to us. No need to leave the house to have a delicious meal these days. Apps such as Uber Eats, Postmates, and DoorDash have got the world covered on takeout.
One TikTok user chose to utilize this Jetson-like technology and order some Chick-fil-A when he was at work. Damaurius, who goes by the user name @itskingcwell, got more than he bargained for. He got his food and a used condom, which just cannot be sanitary.
In his video, Damaurius claims he ordered a sandwich and fries. Upon receiving his order, he began to eat the fries. When he reached for the sandwich, he made the gross discovery. His caption seems to imply that it was his DoorDash driver who left the unwanted surprise.
“Door dash… I should’ve know sum ain’t right cause the tape was kinda off,” he wrote.
The video quickly went viral and has more than 739,000 views. Damaurius asserts his video is real. He claims to have been refunded.
“My lawyer is on it, I got my money back,” he wrote.
Fellow TikTok users believe he should have gotten more.
“Better call and demand a franchise after that. A free chicken sandwich coupon won’t suffice for that,” wrote one user.
Another joked, “So u own doordash now?!”
