Drew Scott and Linda Phan’s 20-month-old son Parker is going to be a big brother. His mom and dad took to Instagram on Sunday, January 21, 2024, to make the big announcement. Everyone is excited for this new arrival.
Drew and Linda first met in 2010 at a Toronto Fashion Week event. Linda was acting as the “fashion police” and handing out tickets to poorly dressed people. From the moment they first crossed paths, Linda made a big impression on Property Brothers star Drew.
Drew and Linda’s Instagram announcement used a photo of Parker touching Linda’s bump. Linda is smiling down on her son, who is seated. “Round 2 I hope Parker’s ready for a lil company❤️❤️,” Linda and Drew captioned the post.
Linda posted an additional carousel of photos on her own Instagram account. She captioned them " lately-ish ." They show Parker’s recent happenings such as a visit to a museum, reading picture books, and going on a walk.

Some speculate that the couple’s new year post might have cryptically hinted at the news. They posted a photo of their family looking at a rainbow and facing away from the camera. “New year, new beginnings,” they captioned the photo.
After Linda and Drew’s initial meeting, they exchanged numbers. They had "the longest first date ever" according to Linda. They got sushi, hot chocolate, then Drew invited himself to a karaoke party Linda was going to. Thankfully, Drew’s bold move paid off.
In 2012, Linda moved in with Drew and his brother Jonathan. She even started working for the Property Brothers, eventually becoming their creative director. Drew proposed in 2016 and the couple were married in 2018. During their two-year engagement, they renovated a house in Los Angeles to live in.
Drew and Linda struggled with infertility. In May 2022, on their fourth wedding anniversary, they welcomed Parker into the world. Drew opened up on his website about the difficulties of those first few months of parenting.
"I was back in school finishing my Executive MBA and I had to fly out to Boston two months after Parker was born for two weeks," he stated. "The early stages of being born is a tough time to leave a parent solo." He is so thankful for Linda. He thinks she is a rock star.
It is important for Drew to be a present and hands-on dad. "[Linda] was good at letting me know what she needed to tackle everything, but after doing that it made me understand how easy it could be to just let Linda take the reins on everything Parker — I'm at work all day and she's with him, so it's easy for me to forget that I'm a parent here too and I have certain responsibilities," he confessed.
