What is your favorite item on the Chick-fil-A menu? A former CFA worker, Hailey Grant, thinks many people are overlooking some of the items that she believes to be "underrated." In a video posted to her TikTok, she let her followers in on some of the so-called "secrets" of the restaurant chain.
"I loved my job so much," she captioned the post. She started off with the Grilled Chicken Club sandwich, referring to it as "so fire" but adding that it needs one specific thing: the Honey Roasted BBQ sauce.
Hailey then moved on to name some breakfast items. "If you're a Chick-n-Minis lover, get honey next time," she said. "Drizzle some honey onto the inside of your Chick-n-Minis … so fire."
"The Egg White Grill on the breakfast menu," she continued, "If anybody came up and was like, 'What is your favorite breakfast menu item?'… all of the employees — literally all of us — would tell them the Egg White Grill. Nobody talks about how good it is. It angers me because it’s so good.”

She then went on to give her opinion that though the Chick-n-Minis and Chicken Biscuits are good, they don't compare to the Egg White Grill. "It is so much better," she said.
Hailey then went on to talk about the drink items, saying that the diet lemonade and regular lemonade "taste the exact same." She added, "One is just [expletive] near no calories, and the other one is filled with sugar. We put so much sugar in that lemonade."
After ranting and raving about her favorite menu items, the former Chick-fil-A employee decided to drop a little PSA. "We hate it when people come up and they say, 'My pleasure' thinking they're going to get something free because that's just not true," Hailey said.
"And to answer your question, yes we do have to say, 'My pleasure.' If you guys have any Chick-fil-A questions please let me know," she concluded the video as she popped a fry into her mouth.
Commenters shared their opinions to her video, many agreeing with her on the underrated items and others adding their own to the list.

"Chicken minis are so fire w honey , even just the nuggets bc their honey is SOO GOOOD," another person commented.
"So many people don’t know about the mocha cream cold brew," someone added. "It is SO good."
Another former employee stated, "Egg white grill with Colby jack and tomato w/ honey roasted bbq was my go to every shift."
