‘Home Alone’ Star Devin Ratray Hospitalized ‘In Critical Condition’ Delaying Abuse Trial

Devin Ratray, who is best known for playing Macaulay Culkin's older brother in Home Alone and Home Alone 2, was recently hospitalized, so his domestic violence trial has been pushed back. In 2021, Ratray's then-girlfriend filed a police report saying that he punched her, tried to strangle her, and "beat the c— out of her." Another woman has also accused Ratray of sexual assault. Jury selection for the domestic violence trial was scheduled for January 22, 2024, but due to his health issues, it will now start in February.

TMZ reported that Ratray was hospitalized and "in critical condition," but he has since returned home to rest. It is not clear what his health issue was or when he was hospitalized for it, per TMZ.

At the time of his arrest, TMZ obtained the probable cause affidavit. In the probable cause affidavit, his then-girlfriend claimed that Ratray told her, "This is how you die."
