‘Home Improvement’ Star Zachery Ty Bryan Arrested For An Alleged Felony DUI

Zachery Ty Bryan is in trouble yet again. On Saturday, February 17, 2024, at around 2:30 a.m., he was arrested in La Quinta, California, after officers conducted a traffic stop on his vehicle. It was believed to have been involved in a crash. He was charged with both a felony DUI and a misdemeanor for alleged contempt of court. These charges come just months after the former child star pleaded guilty to assault.

Zachery is best known for his role on the hit '90s sitcom Home Improvement, which starred Tim Allen. He played one of Tim’s three kids, the oldest Brad Taylor. Zachery has been vocal about his struggles growing up in the spotlight.

Bail was set at $50,000 for the felony charge and $15,000 for the misdemeanor. Zachery was released that same day. He is scheduled to appear in court on April 23.

Zachery has been in the hot seat before. In July 2023, he faced charges of fourth-degree felony assault, third-degree robbery, and harassment. He was arrested after an altercation with a woman was reported. Zachery would eventually plead guilty to the felony charges and serve seven days in jail as a result. The other charges were dropped.
