Concerns about Bill Belichick’s relationship with Jordon Hudson are growing — and so are the engagement rumors. Though Bill and Jordon have not addressed the rumors directly, there are several reasons people think the controversial couple might be planning to get married. On May 20, 2025, The New York Times published an article claiming that Jordon “has told at least one person that she and Mr. Belichick are engaged to be married.”
Over the weekend, the rumors engagement rumors intensified. Jordon, 24, was reportedly spotted wearing a ring on her ring finger at the Raleigh-Durham Airport on Saturday, May 24, TMZ reported.
It’s not the first time Jordon was spotted with a ring on that particular finger since she started dating Bill, who is 73 years old. Jordon and Bill reportedly met in February 2021 and started dating in 2023. In February 2025, Jordon wore a ring on her ring finger at the NFL Honors and during Super Bowl weekend.
Bill also appears to be sporting a new ring — or at least his boat is. Bill’s boat was previously named VIII Rings, a reference to his eight Super Bowl wins. But according to TMZ, the boat is now called I + VIII Rings. Some saw the new name as a sign that Bill and Jordon might truly be engaged.
Bill and Jordon’s relationship has garnered attention from the beginning due to their significant age gap. But more recently, Bill’s younger girlfriend has faced a lot of backlash because of the way in which she interrupted Bill’s CBS Sunday Morning interview. When the reporter asked Bill how he and Jordon met, Jordon said, “We’re not talking about this.”
Now, commenters have flooded Jordon’s Instagram account with questions about how she met her 73-year-old boyfriend (or alleged fiancé).
“Why won’t you let Bill explain how you 2 met?” one person commented on one of Jordon’s recent Instagram posts.
On other posts, critics have expressed concern (and made jokes) about the age gap. “Are you ok Bill?” another critic commented on Jordon’s Instagram post. “Do you need help?”
A second person wrote, “So refreshing to see the young taking care of senior citizens!”
