Kelly Osbourne Steps Out After Revealing She ‘Went A Little Too Far’ Shedding Baby Weight

On Saturday, September 23, 2023, Kelly Osbourne attended a wellness event in Los Angeles, California. It was hosted by the Art of Elysium. She donned a stunning neon yellow dress for the occasion.

Kelly’s outing comes after she confessed earlier in the month that she “went too far” losing her postpartum pounds. She made this revelation on the podcast Scheananigans With Scheana Shay. She has since stopped trying to lose weight.

Kelly looked stunning and sunshiny in her neon dress. It had a deep v-neckline and a pleated skirt with a purple floral print. She paired it with white heels and a silver bag. Her hair was in a classic updo.

Kelly told Scheana that after having her son Sidney, she “was on a mission to lose all [her] baby weight.” She and boyfriend Sid Wilson of Slipknot fame welcomed Sidney to the world in 2022. But she says once she lost the baby weight, she just kept going.

“Then I was like, ‘Well, I lost all the baby weight. Let’s see how far I can go with it.’ And then went a little too far,” Kelly confessed. She made sure to say she has since stopped trying to lose any weight.

Kelly has been accused of getting plastic surgery since returning to public life after giving birth. She made sure to squash these rumors to the Daily Mail. “It’s weird, because now that I’ve lost weight, everybody is criticizing and trying to figure out what it is that I’ve done, and I really just lost some weight,” she explained. “It’s just the shape of my face!”

Being Sharon Osbourne’s daughter, Kelly is not against cosmetic surgery. In 2020 she was open about undergoing gastric sleeve surgery to help her lose 85 pounds. In July 2023, she was also open about using the drug Ozempic to help her lose weight.

“You have a weight problem and you’ve tried everything, and then somebody says take this injection and you’re going to be skinny,” she explained to Bill Maher on his podcast. Ultimately, the drug was not for her and she went off it after a few weeks because it made her feel "gross."
