Kevin Costner And Christine Baumgartner Unexpectedly Settle Their Entire Divorce

Kevin Costner and his former wife, Christine Baumgartner, have finally settled their divorce after a months-long legal battle. The news comes as a surprise, considering the fact that the former couple of nearly 19 years was supposed to appear in court again in a few months to discuss their prenuptial agreement. Christine had filed for divorce on May 1, 2023.

The 49-year-old designer listed her date of separation from the 68-year-old Yellowstone actor as April 11, 2023. The former pair, who share three kids, both asked for joint custody.

"Kevin and Christine Costner have come to an amicable and mutually agreed upon resolution of all issues pertaining to their divorce proceedings," a representative for Kevin said in a joint statement. Details of the settlement were not disclosed.

Despite their prenup, Christine had requested more in child support from Kevin. She stated that the money would help cover the cost of their kids’ private school education and health care, among other expenses.

Their prenup stated that Kevin would pay $30,000 a month for child support, and he also offered to pay an additional sum to help her with moving costs. She was ordered by a judge to move out of their home by the end of July after putting up a fight about leaving the house.
