Kevin Costner's attorneys has some things to say about the actor's estranged wife, Christine Baumgartner, and her legal team — and well, let's just say that those things are not pretty.
Amid the former couple's nasty divorce battle, Kevin's attorneys accused his ex-wife and her legal team of “gamesmanship of the worst sort” in new documents that have been released, relating to their divorce. Whoa, there has got to be some serious stuff going on for even his attorneys to say that, right?
Kevin's attorneys filed a request for order in California Superior Court on August 10, 2023. The filing asked the court to compel Christine to answer a number of questions they've asked about the premarital agreement between her and Kevin.
The lawyers claim Christine has avoided answering questions as the legal teams prepare for the November trial, which will determine the validity of the prenup. Questions included asking her whether or not she understood the agreement before signing it.

Christine filed for divorce from the Yellowstone actor on May 1, 2023. They had been married for 18 years, and share three children together.
