On Tuesday, November 7, 2023, TMZ reported that Kourtney Kardashian left Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles after giving birth to Rocky 13 Barker. Husband Travis Barker drove her in a luxury black vehicle. It is not known if Rocky was with the couple.
Kourtney and Travis have not officially announced the birth of their son but sources told People magazine that it happened. Fans are eagerly waiting to hear the news straight from the source. They are happy for the newest addition to the family.
The same source who confirmed Rocky’s birth also spoke on Kourtney’s well-being. According to them she is “over the moon” and “feels so blessed.” Many believe Kourtney’s delivery might have had some complications. “She is happy to just be able to snuggle her baby boy now,” the source added.
Kourtney and Travis documented their difficult journey to pregnancy on The Kardashians. During her pregnancy a non-routine ultrasound revealed complications. Kourtney underwent emergency fetal surgery. “That experience opened my eyes to a whole new world of pregnancy that I didn’t know about in the past. It was terrifying,” she told Vogue.

This isn’t Kourntey or Travis’ first rodeo in parenthood but it is their first time doing it together. Both have children from previous relationships. Kourtney shares Mason, 13, Penelope, 11, and Reign, 8, with ex-Scott Disick. Travis shares Alabama, 17, Landon, 19, and stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya, 24, with ex-wife Shanna Moakler.
