Rumor has it that Mariah Carey and Lenny Kravitz are secretly dating. Instagram gossip outlet Deuxmoi claimed on its April 11, 2024, podcast episode that the 55-year-old "All I Want For Christmas Is You" singer has been dating the 59-year-old "Are You Gonna Go My Way" singer since some time in late 2023.
Mariah and her long-term boyfriend Bryan Tanaka went their separate ways in 2023 after seven years together. They first met in 2006 when he toured with her as a background dancer. In 2016, they became romantic.

Lenny and Mariah have been friends for quite some time, so a relationship wouldn't seem too off the rails. When both stars received awards at the Recording Academy Honors in February 2024, the singer-songwriter opened up to People on the red carpet about their friendship.

"We met on the east side in New York, and we were around the same group of friends," he shared. "She was working on her demos. I was working on mine. She worked at a sports bar I used to hang out at. So, it's extra special to be sharing this night with Mariah."
In 2009, the also worked together on the movie Precious. Mariah played the role of a social worker named Mrs. Weiss. Lenny played Nurse John.
More recently, the duo have been spotted enjoying some time together, it appears. Lenny was front row at Mariah's Christmas concert and the two have also been spotted enjoying dinners at Craig’s, a celebrity hotspot in Los Angeles that is swarming with paparazzi.
Deuxmoi is reporting that Lenny and Mariah will make their red-carpet couple debut at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony. Unfortunately, that event doesn't happen until November, which would be a long time to leave eager fans waiting to confirm if the dating rumors are true or not.
Mariah was previously married to Nick Cannon, and the former couple share twins Moroccan and Monroe. Lenny was formerly married to Lisa Bonet, with whom he shares daughter Zoë Kravitz.
