Some celebrities tend to be relatively private despite living in the public eye, while others can afford to keep more to themselves. Pitbull recently made the choice to broadcast something that many fans were not exactly curious about.
In fact, they would’ve been perfectly content if they had never heard him speak about it. And yet, he, for some reason, felt compelled to admit that one of Jennifer Lopez’s dance moves gave him an erection years ago. Fans would like to know why anyone needed to know about this.
It happened when Jennifer Lopez and Pitbull performed together in 2011.

They performed “On the Floor” at the American Music Awards. Apparently, when they rehearsed the performance, Jennifer didn’t practice the dance move she ended up doing on stage. During the actual performance, she bent over in front of him—a moment that was photographed.
Pitbull mentioned the photo during a recent Q&A at Billboard’s Latin Music Week. Some of his fans feel he didn’t have to say anything about it at all, though. And yes, it really did happen 15 years ago, leading some fans to wonder why Pitbull felt the need to comment on it now (or at all).
He started by praising Jennifer’s talent.

“What an absolute blessing and honor to be able to work with Jennifer Lopez,” the “Hotel Room Service” singer said. The conversation took an unexpected turn, however, when he mentioned the photo from 2011.
“But funny story on that right there,” Pitbull said. “There’s a picture out there with me and Jennifer at an awards show. And Jennifer, during rehearsal, didn’t do a certain move that she did when the show went on.”
He then added, “And when did that move, I got excited. So that makes sense to that picture, if you know what I’m talking about.”
Fans said they didn’t need to hear him confirm this.

Because yes, some fans did know which photo he was talking about. And they still felt like they didn’t need Pitbull to explain what was happening in the photo. They would’ve been perfectly happy not knowing the details or hearing about it ever again.
“We can literally see it, you don’t gotta verify bro…” someone commented on X. Some fans also called Pitbull “gross” for saying this and questioned why we needed to revisit this moment from 15 years ago with him.
“Gross,” another person commented. “Who cares? Why did we need to know this?” Another commenter added, “Some things are better to keep to yourself.”
In some cases, honesty and transparency are appreciated. They can even make celebrities seem more relatable. But clearly, this particular confession crossed a line for a lot of fans. “i swear some celebrity stories should have stayed completely private,” one commenter wrote after hearing Pitbull recount this story.
Someone else called the confession “unprofessional and disgusting,” while another person simply concluded, “We should know less about each other.”
“File this under things I never needed to hear about in any lifetime,” someone else added.
