A Restaurant Cleaner Is Fired For Giving Food To Homeless Boy, Soon After Her Life Changes

Even though it might not feel like it when the going gets tough, every good deed you do helps to build that good karma that will eventually swing back around.

Sandra was orphaned at a young age and her grandparents died shortly after as well. She had a little bit of inheritance and managed to finish high school, but she quickly had to sell her grandparents’ house in order to pay for a life in New York.

With a little luck, she managed to land a job as a janitor at a fancy New York restaurant. Even though it didn’t pay that well, it was something to help keep a roof over her head.

Sandra didn’t have a ton of friends in the city, but she quickly made friends with a young boy named Max who would stop by the restaurant frequently to see if they had any leftovers.

Sandra was always happy to see Max and felt a sense of empathy towards his situation as he was also an orphan who would make his way around the city most days looking for food for himself and his little sister.

One day when Sandra was off, Max came into the restaurant to see where she was and some of the haughty staff took it upon themselves to tell the restaurant manager, Mr. Arthur.

On her next shift, Sandra was handed an envelope with her termination papers and half of her salary. Although she begged Mr. Arthur to reconsider, and told him that she’d been helping to feed a homeless boy and his younger sibling, he refused.
