It looks like Sarah Michelle Gellar and husband Freddie Prinze Jr. had a great vacation. It's not often that the The Buffy The Vampire Slayer actress shares photos of her kids — and this time, when she did, she used heart emojis to cover her kids' faces.
The mom of two apologized for not responding to messages lately — she's been busy with other things, as proven by the photos she "dumped" on Instagram. "If I’ve left you unread…. Here is why. Vacation photo dump part one," she captioned the first set of photos.
The first set of images includes photos of Sarah in different bathing suits. In one photo, she poses in her orange belted one-piece. In another, she's wearing a floral bikini and oversized sunglasses.
"Still slaying in 2024," one person commented on the post. Sarah also appeared to spend some time reading on the beach. She posted pictures of two of her recent reads: Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros and The New Couple in 5B by Lisa Unger.

In the second set of photos, she focused on her family and friends. In three of the pictures, she and Freddie Prinze Jr. pose with their kids — and some were surprised to see how much their kids have grown, especially because Sarah and Freddie don't post pictures of their kids very often.
"I just can't believe Charlotte is already taller than you," one person commented.
Charlotte Grace is now 14 years old and Rocky James is 11. Previously, Freddie spoke to Us Weekly about their decision to not post pictures of their kids on social media. "A lot of people are willing to put their kids on social media. A lot of people are willing to put their kids out there," Freddie told the outlet. "That's just not something that I've ever done."
In 2021, Sarah told Us Weekly that their kids are "not allowed" to use social media at this point in time. "My son doesn’t care. My daughter is definitely curious, but we’ve explained that these are our rules and different families have different rules," she told the outlet.
Sarah has shared photos of her kids on special occasions, such as their birthdays or the time when Charlotte met Taylor Swift in 2018.
"I don’t often put pictures of my kids on here, but last night was truly special. Thank you to the incredible @taylorswift for being so kind to Charlotte. She was so in awe, she could barely speak," the mom wrote at the time.
On Charlotte's 14th birthday in September 2023, Sarah wrote a heartfelt message on Instagram. "They say daughters give you an equal number of wrinkles from smiling and worrying. Charlotte, from the day you were born, I smile bigger, laugh louder and love so much greater," she wrote.
"And as for the worrying, you are a part of me. One of the best parts of me. I love every inch of you (even the teenage part) I must be the luckiest person in the world, because you call me mom. Happy Birthday Charlotte," she continued.
She also wrote a message for Rocky on his birthday. "Rocky… from the moment you came racing into our life (we may still hold the record for fastest delivery at St John’s) you have made everything better and funnier," she wrote. "Your laugh is infectious, your jokes are the best and your spirit is … EVERYTHING. You make every day brighter. Happy Birthday Rocky. Yes Siiiiiiiiirrrrrrr"
Though the couple hasn't revealed a ton about their kids on social media, Sarah shared on her Instagram Stories that Charlotte recently competed in a surfing competition. “Charlotte and her partner came in third!!” she celebrated.
