One should never comment on someone else’s appearance, especially weight. When the person in question comments on their own looks, it is a different story. Sharon Osbourne recently spoke to the Daily Mail about her radical weight loss. The TV personality admits to taking Ozempic, a popular type 2 diabetes drug.
Sharon is now off the medication and doesn’t care about other people’s opinions about it. She does warn not to give this drug to teens because she worries about what it will do to their mental and physical health.
It is Sharon’s desire to not lose any more weight. “I’m too gaunt, and I can’t put any weight on. I want to because I feel I’m too skinny. I’m under 100 pounds, and I don’t want to be,” she explained. “Be careful what you wish for.”
Sharon does not believe teens should use this medication. “My warning is don’t give it to teenagers. It’s just too easy,” she advised. “You can lose so much weight, and it’s easy to become addicted to that, which is very dangerous. I couldn’t stop losing weight, and now I’ve lost 42 pounds and I can’t afford to lose any more.”

Just because Sharon is open about talking about her Ozempic use that does not mean she wants to hear the opinion of others. “I don’t care what people say about the way I look,” she explained. “I know I look gaunt, and I know everything that goes along with it. And I did it.”
