Texas Cops Save Driver From Burning Car, People Can’t Stop Talking About Their Good Looks

Two Texas police officers are being hailed as heroes after rescuing a man from his car after it burst into flames while he was driving.

The whole scene was captured on the two officers' body cameras. The truck was engulfed in flames when Chandler Carrera and Eddie Pineda arrived on the scene. One officer used his baton to break open the driver's-side window. Then the two worked to get the driver free from the car.

They succeeded, just moments before the entire vehicle exploded.

The video of the heroic rescue caught the attention of many. But it was learning who the officers were and seeing what they look like that took the video to a whole other level.

"Which was hotter, these cops or the fire?" one commenter quipped.

"Arrest me," said another.

Meanwhile, the two are bashful about their hero status. They simply say it's all part of the job.

"We don't consider ourselves heroes. We're police officers. That's our job — to help people," said Eddie.

The man rescued from the burning car was taken to an area hospital. He was treated for smoke inhalation and other injuries but is expected to make a full recovery.
