When talking about polyamory, most of the cohosts on The View had similar concerns about having more than one partner. They worried about feeling jealous, not having enough time, or not having the energy for more than one partner. But Whoopi Goldberg suggested that it's not as difficult as they were making it out to be.
"If you can do more than one thing at a time, you can have a polyamorous relationship. OK?" Whoopi said. "If you can chew gum and walk, you can do more than one person.” Sunny Hostin, 55, thought Whoopi sounded like she was speaking from experience.
“If I seem like that, it’s because I’m good like that,” Whoopi responded.
The cohosts discussed the topic of ethical non-monogamy because of a New York Magazine cover story on the topic.
Sunny thinks that those who are in polyamorous relationships are "more evolved than I am.” "I’m more cavewoman in my relationship. It’s like, ‘You are mine.’ Like that’s more me," she explained.
She was more confused by how people have the time and energy for more than one partner, especially if they have kids and jobs.
"What I don’t understand is like, some of these people are married, have children and have jobs. How do you have the time to do that with let alone one man, several men or women? They are not only more evolved than I am, they have more energy," she concluded.

Alyssa Farah Griffin seemed to agree, adding that she "barely [has] time for date night."
"How many orgasms can one girl fake?” Joy Behar wondered, also noting that the United States seems "too puritanical" for polyamory. "I mean, Janet Jackson’s boob popped out and the country went bananas," she said.
