Children have been taking part in martial arts classes for a long time now. Martial arts like karate, Taekwondo, and jujutsu are extremely popular with young kids because they do a great job of not only teaching their students self-defense, but they also teach them the importance of discipline, hard work, and dedication.
If you think three years old might be too young for a child to join a martial arts class and truly be able to absorb the information, then just watch the below video uploaded by Leeds Taekwondo in West Yorkshire — it should change your mind completely in just over a minute's time.
In the video, you'll see as one of the three-year-old white belt students recites the Premiere Martial Arts Leeds Student Creed. It is not only amazing that she's able to follow along so perfectly, but it's also one of the cutest things I've ever seen.
The little girl's teacher starts the creed by calling out specific things that the three-year-old must repeat, along with some specific motions she must do. The tiny white belt is completely into it and totally dedicated to making every movement count.
She repeats the calls perfectly and performs all the motions with ease. She's loud and clear and a total warrior. She's also a total cutie-pie.
If you watch closely, you can even see the instructor laugh a little as she watches just how adorable this little girl is. She's also brimming with pride that one of her youngest students is so disciplined and hard working to memorize this creed so well.
It's a short video, but it speaks volumes about just how talented and smart kids are, even when they're only three years old. Way to go, little girl!
