Al Pacino’s Girlfriend Files For Sole Physical Custody Of Their 3-Month-Old Baby

The girlfriend of Al Pacino has filed for physical custody of their 3-month-old son. According the legal documents, 29-year-old Noor Alfallah requested that the 83-year-old actor have “reasonable visitation” with their child, Roman.

Reports claim that she requested he have joint legal custody, which would allow him to participate in major decisions concerning their child, including but not limited to medical treatment and education. A specified amount of requested child support was not listed in the documents.

Reportedly, Noor is asking for Al to pay for all of her legal fees and any other costs associated with the case. A Voluntary Declaration of Parentage (also known as Paternity) was signed by the couple six days before Noor gave birth.

Despite the filing, there doesn't seem to be any tension between the couple. The two were spotted having dinner with another couple on Wednesday at Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles. They arrived together and sat next to each other, according to a source.
