Christina Hall recently opened up about some of her health issues and even looked to fans for advice.
The former Flip or Flop host shared a “Self-Care Saturday” post where she explained she'd been feeling exhausted over the week. She listed all the health issues and symptoms she’s been experiencing over the last few years and revealed that she thinks it “could be breast implant related.”
In a video posted to Instagram, she's seen lying down on a bed under a photon LED light therapy device while listening to a meditation podcast.
"Josh and I tag teaming 3 sick kids last night, this is a much-needed energy restore," Hall began in the video’s caption. "Been super exhausted lately so [I'm] on a kick to get back into my body."
"I've had some unexplained health stuff for years, and now I'm considering the thought that this could be breast implant related," she continued. She went on to list symptoms ranging from inflammation to Hashimoto’s disease.
She added at the end of the caption that she also got rid of her under-eye filler because the treatment "was causing an inflammatory reaction."
"Does anyone else have any experience with this subject?" Hall asked her followers. "I'm curious on all the ladies take on this."
The long list of symptoms she has experienced in addition to inflammation and Hashimoto's disease included Raynaud's syndrome, polycystic ovary syndrome, unexplained skin rashes, joint and muscle pain, dry eyes, acid reflux, brain fog, and swollen lymph nodes.
Hall noted that moving forward she is going to focus on herself by “detoxing” and having a “positive mindset.”
The Christina on the Coast star has been open about her struggles with health over the last few years. She told People last year that she has experienced "severe stomach pains" since 2016 and underwent an endoscopy to investigate the cause of the discomfort.
"So far my results have come back good. Doing more procedures to try to get to the bottom of it," Hall told the outlet in 2021. "For now, I am continuing to eat healthy and stay active."
She went on Instagram to share her experience back then as well. She revealed the endoscopy procedure in a post and told her followers that "anxiety can cause major flare-ups and my biggest thing I've notice[d] being affected is my digestion/gut health."
She added just how important it is to pursue medical advice when you think something is off.
"I've talked to a lot of people about this and just want to advocate how important it is to trust your own health instincts and not ignore things going on in your body."
