Kenadie Jourdin-Bromley was born in 2003, weighing a mere 2.5 pounds. She was so tiny that nurses nicknamed her "Thumbelina."
Doctors diagnosed Kenadie with a rare form of primordial dwarfism, which can cause behavioral impairment, respiratory disease, and digestive issues.
Kenadie's mother, Brianne, was told her daughter would likely suffer from severe brain damage and pass away.
So she quickly rushed Kenadie to be baptized on the very same day she was born … just to be safe.
