Jane Seymour and John Zambetti didn't get to where they are — happy and in love — on their own. Apparently, the two lovebirds had some help getting together, to which they both have shared they're thankful for.
While attending the Wags and Walks 12th Annual Benefit Gala in Los Angeles on October 14, 2023, the couple, who went Instagram official earlier in the month, shared who helped to bring them together. “Well, our kids put us together,” John explained, to which Jane agreed on: “Yes, our kids put us together."
“So we certainly don't have to worry about the kids not approving of who we were with,” the 74-year-old musician continued. “I'm very lucky to be with her.”
The 72-year-old actress shared that the singer/songwriter wrote her love songs. "He's a songwriter. I think that's what really got me in the end," she said.

“Just to close the deal,” John jokingly responded. Jane joked back saying, “Yeah. Three so far. I think there's an album on the way.”
They went on to explain that their sons share a musical background. This, apparently, is what led them to finding each other.
“His son is a very successful rock musician with a group called The Palms. And his name's Johnny Zambetti,” Jane shared. “And I have a son who's a rock musician too, Johnny Keach, so when we talked about them, we say 'My Johnny,' [since] they both have the same name.”
The couple's interest in music has continued to roll over into how they spend time together. “I have a lot of friends that are musicians in town,” John said. “We like to go see them play. And she never really went to the dives to see, that's where the real music is. That's where the real players are playing. So she loves it. She loves going everywhere and she loves music.”
Jane and John went Instagram official when she posted poolside photos of them together. “I am having the happiest time of my life. In many ways,” the actress said.
Jane has been married and divorced four times. She has two kids with ex-husband David Flynn and twin sons with ex-husband James Keach.
